The Personal Nord in Hamburg had approximately 4,000 visitors, 120 lectures, discussions, technical discussions and practical forums on the subject of personnel.
In two days the fair offered the opportunity to exchange information with reputable experts and keynote speakers such as Sascha Lobo, blogger, author, Spiegel Online columnist and communications strategist or Frauke von Polier, HR managers / VP People & Organisation, Zalando SE.
The key topic was "Digital Excellence" which brings new challenges and areas of responsibility to personnel managers.
